Craig Sheehy Craig Sheehy, CPM, LEED AP educates the industry on Green Development, strategies & low cost/no cost operational efficiencies that can be incorporated into commercial buildings. Real-life, state-of-the-art green building practices not only improves our impact on the environment, but also improves our net operating income.

Shirley Fudge-Mueller, Account Manager for PG&E, will talk about Energy Efficiency and Services offered to business customers.

Rachel Balsley, Program Manager at StopWaste.Org, will present information about waste reduction, recycling and composting resources, as well as about the Bay Area Green Business certification program.

   
Green Cleaning

Cass Contreras, LEED A.P., Strategic Sales and Marketing Manager at CleanSource Inc will provide a green cleaning overview: Site-survey to understand where you are to implement a program that meets your goals taking into account budgets, resources and time frames. What is Green Cleaning?  Green third party certified chemicals, sustainable paper, liners (including compostable liners and other options), and soap, microfiber systems, CRI Green certified vacuums, and if you like I can talk about sustainability and saving money if we have time.
