Wow…one quarter out of the way of the new year. Doesn’t it seem like the holidays just happened yesterday? It seems time is already flying by this year. Our membership drive is now behind us, our new board of directors is hard at work plotting a course for our local, and the staff is working on exciting and new projects, services and events for you our member for 2010.

Our industry has begun to take that hit in the economy now, and from all indications from BOMA Intl., the commercial real estate industry won’t fully recover until 2012. OUCH…..but we still press forward.
