We are extremely fortunate and grateful for the efforts of our committees and special interest groups. These volunteers are committed to meeting the needs of our members and the industry at large. In place of individual committees, the Board & committee leaders worked extensively to reorganize and created work groups or "super committees" comprised of the volunteers and work of the individual committees to better serve the needs of our organization. If you want to make a difference and are able to contribute your expertise, please volunteer to serve on one or more of the following super committees. There is no better way to invest in your association than by being an active participant.

Strategic Planning
Focuses on ensuring that the organization remains financially solvent, continues to grow our leadership potential, and manages our advocacy responsibilities. This group leads our Annual Leadership Academy, Advisory Council and manages our advocacy efforts in BOMA Cal, BOMA International.

Education and Careers
Leads our education programming and career growth for the membership. This group manages all our luncheon topics, workshops and building tours.
Work Group Lead: Kate Edstrom
Stakeholder Engagement
Focuses on membership retention, stakeholder involvement and ensuring we are providing relevant programs for members. Puts on the Walter Finch Invitiational Golf Tournament, Holiday Party and member mixers.

Building Connections
Facilitates marketing efforts for events, programming and announcements and member connections. Join today and help us connect our members.
